The juices are delivered free of charge one day before the start of your cleanse programmer or in the morning of your day 1 detox program. Sunday and Thursday deliveries are from 5pm– 10pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday deliveries are from 8.30-10 am at your address of choice.
It is advisable to specify the preferred time of delivery at the point of ordering. If you order for 5 or more days, your program will be delivered all at once or it could include 2 deliveries. Please discuss with our sales representatives how would you like your juices delivered. IMPORTANT!
Since your juice will be delivered in boxes, proper refrigeration is ESSENTIAL for when your cleanse arrives. You need to take them out of boxes and put them individually in the refrigerator so the cool air can circle around them. Think of them like fresh groceries, and don’t leave them outside or with the doorman for hours!!
That’s why it is very important that live human being has an access to the refrigerator because our juice prefers a cold climate to keep it fresh and tasty. It’s ideal to take the bottles out of the box or bag, and put them straight into the fridge that needs to be VERY cold ( temperature not higher then 5C), or if you need to keep them in the box or bag, please open the top and let that cool air in! And don’t forget, you need to start consuming the juices on the following day.
Bear in mind that our drivers are instructed never to leave juices unattended. If no one is available to receive them, the order is returned to us and the client is responsible for re-delivery costs.
If you ask your neighbor, friend or someone else to receive the delivery on your behalf, you are obliged to inform them that this is a fresh product that needs to be stored in the refrigerator. Cold Pressok is not responsible for any product defect due to inappropriate storage conditions after delivery.
